The villa is built on a flat 1,000 m2 plot full of Mediterranean plants and with beautiful open views. Enjoy a lot of privacy. 

The villa has two floors. The main floor consists of a beautiful living room with air conditioning, satellite television and direct access to the large covered terrace with view to the pool.

The kitchen is semi-open and has a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and ceramic hob. 

We have two bedrooms on the main floor, both with double beds ( one of 180 cm, the other one 160 cm) and air conditioning. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and toilet. There is another bathroom, this time with a shower and toilet.

 The upper floor consists of a third bedroom ( independant access), with A/A, with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. 

The outdoor area is very pleasant. It has a nice terrace with sunbeds around the private pool. The pool has Roman stairs ideal for relaxing in the sun.

 The covered terrace is spacious and ideal for enjoying summer dinners or barbecues. There is a gas barbecue; nobody can use the built-in barbecue.
