Beautiful villa located in a quiet residential area on the Benissa Coast, just 650 meters from Fustera beach, 450 meters from a supermarket and 5 minutes by car from the heart of Calpe.

The Mediterranean style villa has a plot of 800 m2 with beautiful palm trees.

It consists of a very bright living room with direct access to the covered terrace with wide views of the sea. The living room has a smart TV (there is no TDT, you can only watch Netflix-type programs and apps with internet) and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea thanks to its glass doors.

The kitchen is open and has a fridge freezer, an electric hob, an oven, a microwave and a washing machine. There are 2 air conditioned bedrooms both with air conditioning. The first has a 180 cm double bed (2 mattresses of 90 cm). The second has a 150 cm bed and has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a second bathroom.

In the outdoor area, the villa enjoys a large terrace with a beautiful rectangular private pool, a garden with palm trees, and plenty of space. The villa has a gas barbecue.
