Welcome to Villa Margot! This beautiful villa is located in the Fustera estate on the Benissa coast, just 1 km from the beautiful Fustera beach and close to shops and restaurants.

The villa has a plot of 800 m2, and consists of two independent floors

The main floor consists of:

- a living room with sofa, sat TV, wifi, A/C and fireplace. From the living room, access to a covered terrace with table and chairs and views of the Peñon de Ifach.

- two bedrooms, each with a double bed and A/C, one with a bathroom en-suite.

- two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub

- a kitchen with fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee machine, gas stove with oven, a storage room with dishwasher, and washing machine

On the ground floor, we have:

- a bedroom with two single beds and A/C. 

- a bedroom with double bed and A/C,

- a small bedroom with 2 single beds (not suitable for two adults)

- 2 bathrooms with shower,

- 2 toilets.

In the outside area, the villa consists of a nice private pool, a large terrace with open views, a garden area with fruit trees, a barbecue area, and an outside shower. The house also has a garage and an indoor parking.

From the second week rented there is a discount of 180 €/week.

Extra charge for the air conditioning according to consumption. The rental price includes 15kw/day of normal electric consumption of the villa, over this there is an extra cost of 0,40 €/kw
