This beautiful single-storey villa is located in the Fustera area, just 700 meters from the sandy Fustera beach. It is built on a flat plot of 660 m2, very sunny, with a small view of the sea and impressive palm trees.

The location is perfect. You can walk to Fustera beach, supermarket and restaurants. Calpe, its shops and beaches are just 3 km away. The single storey villa consists of a main accommodation and an independent studio. 

The main part includes a beautiful, very bright living-dining room with fireplace and air conditioning. It has a beautiful dining table with chairs, two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a TV with satellite. Access to WiFi.

From the living room you have access to a small terrace on the street side and of course the large sunny terrace on the pool side. 

The independent kitchen includes an American fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a 160cm double bed and the other with two single beds, both air-conditioned.

The bathroom with shower and WC is spacious.

The villa also includes an independent studio consisting of a double bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and air conditioning and its bathroom with shower and WC. This room offers a view of the swimming pool (glass door) 

Exterior: The villa offers a large and fantastic terrace surrounded by palm trees. A table with chairs offers us the possibility of having lunch or dinner in front of the swimming pool under an awning. In addition, the villa has a fantastic pergola with its table and chairs for eating in the shade.

 The 8x4 pool has Roman steps and lounge chairs to relax and soak up the sun. We also have at our disposal an outdoor shower and toilet.

 Indoor parking for one car.
